07 August 2024: Tata Motors, one of India’s major automobile manufacturers, unveiled its new electric vehicle, the ‘Tata Curvv,’ at an official launch event in Mumbai. In the same event, Tata Motors also launched a new Charge Point Aggregator App – Tata Ira EV.

When we started our EV journey, there were many barriers, but we managed to overcome them in these 5 years. There are more than 13,500 chargers in the country. Now EVs contribute 12 percent to Tata Motors’ overall sales.

The iRA EV app integrates with Tata Motors’ Connected Car app and helps electric vehicle owners find available chargers. It covers over 13,000 charging points across India by partnering with more than 15 Charge Point Operators (CPOs). Tata Motors aims to reduce range anxiety and improve the EV charging experience.

The TATA iRA app offers features like real-time charger status, navigation to charger locations, and trip planning integration with Tata EV data. Users can also rate charge points based on their experiences. Tata Motors aims to provide the widest integration of charge points in India.
