The New & Renewable Energy Development Corporation of Andhra Pradesh Limited (NREDCAP) has invited bids from Charge Point Operators (CPOs) for the supply, erection, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance of 131 EV public charging stations with 577 chargers at identified locations across Andhra Pradesh. The tender, uploaded to the BHEL EVC portal on 1 June 2026, is part of PM e-DRIVE Phase 1 and represents one of the largest EV charging infrastructure tenders in South India this year.
Tender Scope and Scale
The project covers a total installed capacity of 20,832 kW across the selected locations in Andhra Pradesh. Bidders will be responsible for the full project lifecycle: supply of charging equipment, civil and electrical works, commissioning, and ongoing operations and maintenance for a period of 10 years from the date of commissioning. The contract will be awarded to the bidder achieving the highest QCBS score, which gives 60% weightage to technical capability and 40% to commercial pricing.

How to Apply
Bids must be submitted online on the Andhra Pradesh e-Procurement Platform at tender.apeprocurement.gov.in. Digital Certificate authentication is mandatory. Technical bid hard copies (including EMD Bank Guarantee) must reach the NREDCAP office at Tadepalli by 23 June 2026 at 15:00 hrs. Financial bids are submitted online only — hard copies will not be accepted.
