Who can bid for the Rajasthan EV charging tender?

The lead entity must be a Charge Point Operator. JV or consortium bids are allowed if the lead partner holds more than 51%. A Class III digital signature certificate is required to submit online on the eProc Rajasthan portal.

How many packages can one bidder win?

Accepted Answer

A single bidder may bid for up to 4 of the 7 packages, and cannot bid for both Jaipur I and Jaipur II — you must choose one. Each package is awarded separately.

How is the winning bidder selected?

Accepted Answer

Single-stage, two-part bidding. The land-usage charge is fixed at ₹1/kWh, so bidders compete only on the revenue share they offer on the MoP service-charge component. The highest revenue share (H1) wins each package, and the winner lodges a performance security of 10% of the estimated package value.

What can a CPO charge EV drivers?

Accepted Answer

Until 31 March 2028 the service charge is capped at ₹11/unit during solar hours (9 AM–4 PM) and ₹13/unit outside them, per MoP guidelines — charged on top of the pass-through electricity tariff.
