XCharge North America has launched its groundbreaking GridLink EV Charging Station, designed specifically for the North American grid. This cutting-edge technology delivers up to 300 kW of power, charging electric vehicles in 15 minutes.
The GridLink EV Charging Station also supports grid stability and renewable energy integration, making it a game changer in EV infrastructure.
The station features high-capacity lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries, with a base capacity of 215 kWh, expandable to 430 kWh. Its bidirectional energy flow helps stabilize the grid, sending power back during peak demand.
This innovation supports renewable energy sources and creates a resilient, efficient charging ecosystem.
Alex Urist, Vice President of XCharge North America, described the GridLink EV Charging Station as a significant advancement. “With its robust charging capabilities and grid-supporting functions, GridLink is set to play a key role in transforming the EV charging landscape,” he said.
The GridLink EV Charging Station is easy to install, requires minimal electrical upgrades, and is compatible with 208V and 480V systems. This adaptability reduces deployment costs and simplifies operations for service providers.
Aatish Patel, co-founder of XCharge North America, emphasized the potential of technology. “GridLink is not just about faster charging — it’s about transforming how charging stations interact with the grid,” he noted.
GridLink’s advanced features include integrated fire suppression systems, smoke detection, and thermal event alarms, ensuring a safe and reliable charging experience. Its bidirectional energy flow technology makes it an essential part of the growing EV ecosystem.
XCharge’s GridLink EV Charging Station is set to revolutionize EV infrastructure, making fast charging more accessible while supporting a sustainable energy future.
