What is an eMSP?
An e-mobility service provider (eMSP) gives drivers access to charging: the app or card they use to find a charger, start a session and pay, across chargers owned by other companies. E-mobility service provider software is what runs that business: the driver app, the connections to charging networks, pricing, payments and settlement with the networks. On our side, a white-label launch takes 7 days once your payment gateway and app-store developer accounts are ready; third-party approvals (payment-gateway onboarding, Apple and Google app review) can stretch it to up to 6 weeks. If you use a gateway we already support, it’s plug and play.

Do I need my own chargers?
No. Your drivers charge on the CPO networks connected to YoHub, and on any OCPI-compliant networks you bring yourself.
How many chargers can my drivers use?
Through YoHub: 70+ CPO networks and 14,000+ charging stations reachable, as of October 2026. We keep adding networks.
Can I use my existing app?
Yes. Use our API and developer mode to add charging to your app, or launch new branded apps on our white-label platform.
Which OCPI versions do you support?
OCPI 2.2.1, plus earlier OCPI versions.
Do you support Plug & Charge and RFID?
Yes. Plug & Charge works at supported chargers, and RFID cards work on other networks.
How does settlement with CPOs work?
It depends on your contract. In India, settle directly or let YoCharge manage it through YoHub; everywhere else you settle directly and YoCharge reconciles.
